Name plates

Name plates are ideal in food service and medical industries as they can be cleaned without damaging the image. They are also ideal for machine specification plates where serial numbers can be stamped into the surface. They can be mounted using rivets or self adhesive backing.

Name Plates can be made from

Aluminium name badges are typically 0.8 to 1.6 mm aluminium that has been anodized. An image is then printed into the anodic pores of the aluminum, which are then enclosed using a sealing process. This results in the image being sealed in the surface of the aluminium making it impervious to solvents and other damaging substances. Alternatively they can be direct printed, etched or engraved.

Nameplates can be manufactured in small quantities and 'one offs' using our permanent metal photo system. These can be adhesive backed and have finishes including with rounded corners and holes using our CNC machinery.
